Taylor is a Certified Personal Trainer, 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is currently in the process of completing certifications in Heroboard Pilates, cupping therapy, RockTape functional movement and taping, and pre- and post-natal training.
New clients begin with a complimentary movement assessment to identify strengths, imbalances, and goals.
Each 45–60 minute session includes a warm-up, mobility and corrective work, and a customized strength training plan.
Each 30-minute recovery session includes modalities such as foam rolling, massage gun, assisted stretching, yoga and breath work techniques.
Women in their 60s, 70s, and beyond can still build muscle, improve balance, and increase bone density with consistent strength training — the body is always working to heal, strengthen, and thrive when given the right support. Functional weight training and proper recovery are powerful tools for pregnancy, postpartum life, chasing after kiddos & grandkids, and doing everyday tasks that once felt too challenging.
